Ordering at the IMRF Bookshop
Ordering books and other products through the IMRF Bookshop is a simple process. You click on the products you want, put them in your basket and pay at the check-out.
If you are a Member, and you want to benefit from the 20% discount, you need to log in as a Member first before you pay.
If you are not a Member, unfortunately you cannot benefit from the 20% discount. But it is easy to become a Member! Simply go to "Become a Member" (new window), or contact us at bookshop@imrf.org.uk.
If you are a Member but have forgotten your log-in details, please e-mail bookshop@imrf.org.uk.
The IMRF does not dispatch products ordered, apart from a few IMRF Publications. Instead, we place an order with the publishers, and the products are dispatched directly to your address.
You will receive your order depending on the postage selected by you and where you live in the world.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced, or may no longer be available. We will verify these details when processing your order.
If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown on the website, we will contact you before we ask the publishers to complete your order. You can choose to proceed with the order, or to cancel it.
If the product’s correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount.
